Born in Syracuse NY, artist Dan Brown specializes in trompe l’oeil, creating images that trick the eye. Brown, after graduating from the Paier College of Art, pursued a career in illustration; his work gracing book covers, magazine stories, and commercial advertisements. Two of his pieces, done for the United States Army Reserve, hang in the Pentagon.
